"The Gin Fizz" | Partial Event Coordination

“The Gin Fizz” is for the bride who needs partial assistance in her event management, budget management and vendor recommendations.

 Package includes

• Basic email and phone contact
• Five Hours of pre-meetings & consultations
• Two Hours for ceremony rehearsal
•Ten hours on day of your wedding for set-up and clean-up
• Budget Development - a comprehensive budget based on expectations, discussions, scope and goals
• Tracking of expenses to ensure budget goals are met
• Ensure that all vendors are paid within 7 days of event
• A list of recommended vendors* including but not limited to: Caterers, Photographers, Florist, Graphic Designers, Rental Companies, Lighting & Audio-Visual, Hair and Make-up, Bands, DJ’s, etc.  *Please note while a list of recommended vendors is provided, coordinator may not attend all of those vendor meetings based on available pre-meeting hours.

"The Mint Julep" | Full Service Event Coordination & Design

"The Mint Julep" is for the client that wants in depth organization and coordination, including event management, budget management, vendor recommendations, décor & concept development.   With our Full Service package, we also extend ALL of our industry discounts to our clients- ensuring that we save them as much money as possible, while still providing them with our top of the line service.

Package includes all services of  “The Gin Fizz” plus ... 

• Unlimited hours of meetings & consultations
• All subsequent industry discounts, plus negotiation
• Ceremony & Rehearsal consult on format of wedding ceremony, readings, hymns, prayers, speakers, musical selections, ceremony management- organize & orchestrate the wedding ceremony & rehearsal
• Advise on selection of floral designer, and coordinate overall design for a cohesive look
• Décor & Concept Development including, but not limited to, layout design, tent design, color concept, lighting, and again coordinating with overall floral design for a cohesive look
• Design Board to conceptualize all logistics, and décor
• In short: The Mint Julep offers assistance and guidance with any and everything related to your wedding day.

A La Carte Services

While the above packages are the most commonly requested, we are also able to create custom packages suited to your specific needs.  In addition, we also offer a la carte services and hours to guarantee a perfect wedding. 

Extra Services Include:

• Please note that for anything outside of Charleston County there will be a one-time travel fee

• Any wedding outside of South Carolina, travel fees will be negotiated.

• Liaison with Calligrapher: Manage the communication with calligrapher to execute the addressing of Save the Dates, Invitations, Escort Cards, & Place Cards

• Gift Bag/Welcome Bags/Guest Itineraries: Distribution/delivery of guest welcome bags and/or itineraries to hotels.

• Styling, upcycling, and accessorizing your haus! Creating a cohesive look by using pieces that you already own and adding some new pieces, custom pieces and making your haus feel like "home"!  Perfect for the newlywed, newly single, newly moved! ~ design services that make sense for your new lifestyle!   Whether you had custom pieces made for your wedding that we can now “reuse”, need help pulling together the perfect table setting with all of your new china and flatware, or you’re not sure about pieces that you need to keep or need to replace.  We specialize in styling the décor of your 3 main rooms, master bedroom, living room/den and kitchen/dining room.
